BAM she canceled my order and refunded my money. I needed these cloth napkins in certain colors for my food photography set. Another seller also waited 7 days before shipping but when I contacted her she was more reasonable and although she still waited the Mike Pritchard North Las Vegas Mo’ Moves shirt moreover I will buy this 7 days to ship she did upgrade me to expedited shipping so the items arrived quickly. Another seller would not respond, would not ship, would not refund my order. She had abandoned her shop and I had to contact Etsy support. I don’t think they even checked her shop. The item was never shipped but support automatically by rote replied “ give her more time”. It took weeks for Etsy to finally refund my payment! While A. Eldritch Peacock is the go to pro with the info on running an Etsy shop, I’ll give a customer perspective.
